Digital Divide is the differences between the rich and the poor when it comes to Digital Technology. The world we live in today is divided into 3 categories these are the high class, the middle class and the lower class. We are fortunate to be living in a nation where it is odd to see a family who don’t own at least one computer.70% of people living in the UK own at least one computer compare that to a third world country most of them would never own a computer and that means they would never get the opportunity to send an email or shop online. Its not just people living in third world countries who don’t have access to a computer, 30% of people living in the UK don’t own a computer this is because there are some people in the UK from a lower class background who just can’t afford a computer and then Internet access each month.
